Belarus observes the aviation of NATO countries
The total number of flights, including reconnaissance aircraft, has almost doubled, noted in Minsk.
In recent days, the Belarusian military has recorded a constant increase in the intensity of flights of reconnaissance and combat aviation of NATO member states along the state border, including from Ukraine. About it informs Ministry of Defense of Belarus on Thursday, November 18.
“At present, our radio and radar reconnaissance means are recording a constant increase in the intensity of flights of reconnaissance and combat aviation of NATO member states along the state border of the Republic of Belarus, including in the airspace of Ukraine,” the statement says.
According to the Belarusian military, the total number of flights, including reconnaissance aircraft, has almost doubled. In addition, NATO is resorting to the use of drones. And the US Air Force increased the number of aircraft involved by one and a half times.
“These facts confirm the buildup of military activity near our borders and testify to the further escalation of the situation around Belarus,” they summed up in Minsk.
Earlier in Russia they talked about the US reconnaissance aircraft over Ukraine. It was alleged that the U-2S aircraft conducted reconnaissance of the Russian border from the Ukrainian territory of Ukraine.
