Davidova won the individual race in Ostersund, Valya Semerenko – in the TOP-20

The Ukrainian woman lagged behind the winner of the race by 3 minutes 11 seconds.

In Ostersund, Sweden, as part of the first stage of the Biathlon World Cup, an individual 15 km race for women took place.

Czech Marketa Davidova won the race. The athlete covered the distance in 41 minutes and 45.9 seconds, not allowing a single miss on four shooting ranges.

The second place was taken by the Austrian Lisa Hauser, and the top three was closed by the German Denise Herman.

Valya Semerenko became the best of the Ukrainian women. The athlete had one penalty on the shooting range and was 3 minutes 11 seconds behind the winner of the race. Julia Dzhima finished 22nd with three penalties.

The next race will take place on November 28th.
