In Lviv region, due to the accident, 154 apartment buildings were left without heat

An accident happened on the main pipeline in Chervonograd, Lviv region – 154 apartment buildings, two schools and two kindergartens were left without heat. About it informs press service of the Chervonograd City Council on Thursday, December 16.
“In connection with the emergency situation on the main pipeline with a diameter of 325 mm, there is no heat supply in 154 apartment buildings in the city of Chervonograd,” it was reported.
KP Chervonogradteplokommunenergo is already carrying out emergency recovery work.
“Heat supply will be resumed upon completion of repair work,” the City Council assured.
Recall that earlier in Kiev there was a large-scale breakthrough of the heating main. Eyewitnesses published a video of a huge fountain and a large club of steam from the breakthrough of the heating main in the Obolonsky district of the capital.
It was also reported that in Kherson five houses were flooded with sewage. The streams of faeces damaged furniture and other personal belongings of the victims, and flooded basements.
