Germany has banned fireworks on New Years for the second year in a row due to quarantine restrictions. About it informs The Guardian on Thursday, December 30th.
In December, for the second year in a row, the German authorities announced a ban on the sale of fireworks. So the government seeks to prevent large gatherings of people during a pandemic.
In connection with the ban, the Germans are going en masse to get fireworks in Poland. At the same time, pyrotechnics sellers in Germany have large stocks of products – they want to sue the government.
We will remind that earlier in Germany there were massive anti-COVID protests. The police were attacked with pyrotechnics and used tear gas and batons.
