The court seized the corporate rights of Gut Einhaus Liegenschafts GmbH in the amount of 11% of its authorized capital.

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (WACC) seized the German equestrian estate Gut Einhaus last week. It is reported by Court reporter.

The arrest was imposed within the framework of a criminal case against former deputy Alexander Onishchenko.

It is noted that the court seized the corporate rights of Gut Einhaus Liegenschafts GmbH in the amount of 11% of its authorized capital, which belongs to Ostexpert Limited, which is related to Onishchenko, as well as the Gut Einhause estate owned by Gut Einhaus Liegenschafts. It is located in the German city of Herzlak (Lower Saxony).

Previously, Onishchenko’s company was the sole owner of Gut Einhaus Liegenschafts, but in 2019 it transferred an 89% stake. After that, the Russian woman Daria Vakulina became the head of Gut Einhaus Liegenschafts, and Onishchenko was fired.

Onishchenko and Vakulina are the founders in equal shares of the Russian LLC South-West Industrial Company, which was included in the Russian register of companies in February 2021 and specializes, among other things, in horse breeding. Onishchenko appears in the registration documents as a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Earlier it was reported that the ex-people’s deputy Onishchenko received Russian citizenship.
