Aleksey Arestovich worked as a speaker in the TCG for more than a year
Aleksey Arestovich left two positions at once – in the TCG and the Office of the President – of his own free will.
Oleksiy Arestovich resigned from the post of non-staff adviser to the head of the President’s Office for strategic communications in the field of national security and defense, as well as the speaker of the Ukrainian delegation in the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbass. He stressed that “the information is still unofficial,” and he left for “personal reasons.”
According to Arestovich, he resigned of his own free will, and he will no longer be present at the next TCG meeting on Donbass.
As you know, on October 28, 2020, military observer Oleksiy Arestovich was appointed adviser and speaker of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG. And on December 1, 2020, Andriy Yermak, head of the President’s Office, appointed Arestovich as his non-staff adviser.
