Russian tank drowned in river in Sumy region
The combat vehicle sank along with the crew. Appropriate procedures will be carried out with the bodies of sunken tankers of the Russian Federation.
In the Sumy region, employees of the State Emergency Service, together with territorial defense fighters, raised a Russian tank from the bottom of the river, which sank along with the crew. This was announced on March 31 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
It is noted that the bodies of the sunken tankmen of the Russian Federation will be carried out the appropriate procedures provided for by Ukrainian and international legislation.
“The fate of the combat vehicle will be decided by an expert group within the framework of the law,” the message says.
