The UN intends to double its support for Ukrainians during the war. About it declared UN Secretary General António Guterres.
“I was touched by the resilience and courage of the people of Ukraine. My message to them is simple: we will not give up. The UN will redouble its efforts to save lives and reduce human suffering. In this war, as in all wars, civilians always pay the highest price,” he noted.
Recall that the UN Secretary General met with President Volodymyr Zelensky during his visit to Ukraine.
