Mullahs in Turkmenistan read a new book by ex-President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “The Meaning of My Life” during the festive prayer on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr writes “Chronicle of Turkmenistan”.
According to the publication, footage of his book being read appeared in a report that was shown by the state news agency TDH.
“The Meaning of My Life” is a new book by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The TDH wrote that this “outstanding philosophical and literary work is a kind of quintessence of wisdom and primordially national spiritual and moral values passed down by the Turkmen people from generation to generation for thousands of years.” The book was presented on April 29 by his son, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
On March 27, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who transferred power to his son Serdar, asked the latter for a vacation from April 1, 2022. He said that during his vacation he would complete work on new books, and also properly prepare for the Inter-Parliamentary Forum of Central Asian countries and Russia scheduled for this year, the Dialogue of Women in Central Asia and Russia and other international events. The duration of the leave was not specified.
It is known that Berdimuhamedov Sr. has already published over 60 books on various topics under his own name. The politician wrote about public administration, international relations, medicinal plants, horse breeding and dog breeding. His books are studied in educational institutions of the country, read live on the state media, and health lessons are taught on them.
