It is noted that the total area of apartments put into operation and ready for purchase is more than 42 thousand square meters. m.
“Currently, consultations are being held with developers on the recommended price for the purchase of these apartments. In addition, each apartment must have all the necessary plumbing and furniture,” the report says.
In addition, it is planned to build two residential complexes on the territory of the region for 50 thousand m² each. They will be located in the settlements most affected by Russia’s aggression and having the greatest destruction of the housing stock – in Irpen and Borodyanka.
“The territories for these future complexes have already been selected, taking into account the proximity to all necessary communications and road infrastructure. The construction period is up to five months,” the OVA notes.
The proposed project provides for the construction of not only houses, but also bomb shelters, playgrounds, educational institutions and other social infrastructure.
