Internally displaced persons can receive international cash assistance
Internally displaced persons can count on payments from international organizations implementing the UN program.
In addition to state assistance, internally displaced persons can receive international targeted financial support, which is implemented jointly with the government of Ukraine. About this May 12 reported at the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
It is noted that migrants can get help from:
- Missions of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine together with the Red Cross Society of Ukraine
- Programs from UNICEF jointly
- United Nations Refugee Agencies
- United Nations World Food Program
- International Organization for Migration (IOM)
- Norwegian Council for Refugees
It is emphasized that 2220 hryvnias per person per month can be received only from one of the organizations implementing the UN program.
“This is the same type of assistance provided by various agencies, the list of which is not exhaustive,” the ministry said.

Recall that the monthly state assistance to migrants is: 3,000 hryvnia – for persons with disabilities and children, 2,000 hryvnia – for other persons.
Earlier it was reported that after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, about 2.7 million people registered as internally displaced persons.
