The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put the blogger and author of popular cookbooks Veronika Belotserkovskaya on the wanted list in the criminal case of “fakes” about the Russian army (clause “e” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), follows from bases departments.
The case was opened on March 16 because of posts on Instagram. According to investigators, the March posts allegedly contained “deliberately false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to destroy cities and the civilian population of Ukraine, including children.”
Belotserkovskaya now lives in France. On her instagram signed by more than 944 thousand people. She is also the founder of the St. Petersburg magazine Sobaka.ru, which she transferred to the property of employees.
Veronika Belotserkovsky was born in Odessa, her relatives live in Ukraine. She previously commented on the initiation of a criminal case as follows: “I was officially declared a decent person!”
