Dentist and his mistress involved in illegal transactions
After a series of successful transactions, the scammers decided to sell the empty building of Aeroflot and even parts of the complex of the Russian Embassy in Germany on the Unter den Linden boulevard in the very center of Berlin.
In Berlin, a local dentist and his girlfriend were able to sell millions of euros worth of Russian real estate on fake documents. The magazine reports The mirror.
It is alleged that a dentist with extensive practice, 69-year-old native of Chernivtsi, Efim B., and his mistress, Elena G., are involved in illegal transactions. This woman, apparently also a Ukrainian, although she posed as a high-ranking Russian intelligence officer. She helped to issue fake powers of attorney.
Thanks to fraud, the dentist was able to sell an abandoned area of 17 thousand square meters. m at the old airfield in Berlin Karlhorst, as well as three empty dilapidated residential buildings in which Soviet officers used to live. The price of the property is 13.5 million euros.

All property was arrested, and most of the money from its sale was frozen.
The case is under investigation. Investigators consider it unlikely that the alleged fraud could have been politically motivated. A “general criminal motivation” is suspected.
Earlier in Lviv, scammers under the guise of selling grain seized 16.3 million hryvnias. for this money they promised to supply 5,000 tons of grain.
