In Ukraine, there are more problems with mobile communications
Citizens of the region are advised to use internal roaming for the time being to stay in touch.
In the Sumy region, there were massive problems with the mobile operator Vodafone. This was reported by the head of the Sumy OVA Dmitry Zhivitsky in Telegram on Tuesday, May 24th.
“Many residents of the region had problems with communication during these days,” Zhivitsky wrote.
According to him, the mobile operator Vodafone reports an emergency in the network.
Zhyvitsky also explained what to do to stay in touch until everything is fixed.
In phone settings:
- turn off auto network selection on Android: settings – mobile network (or connection). Operator on iOS: settings – cellular data – network selection;
- find and select an available network: Vodafone UA, UA-KYIVSTAR or LIFECELL (if registration failed, try again or select another network).
- check the possibility of an outgoing call, SMS.
Zhivitsky reminded that this is internal roaming and it is free.
Recall that today in Kherson once again lost mobile communications. In particular, the problem is observed among users of Kyivstar and Vodafone.
