Despite the constant shelling of the military of the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian soldiers stubbornly hold the line, not giving the enemy the slightest chance to move forward.
The grouping of the Joint Forces continues to conduct a defense operation in a certain area of responsibility in the Donetsk and Lugansk directions. About it report in the press service of the JFO headquarters on May 25.
Along the entire line of defense, the enemy uses combat aircraft, multiple launch rocket systems, large-caliber cannon artillery, tanks, mortars of various systems, and rocket and bomb strikes against civilian infrastructure facilities and peaceful residential areas.
The occupiers shelled more than 40 settlements in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, destroyed and damaged 47 civilian objects, including: 38 residential buildings, a school, a health camp, a recreation center, and a railway station. As a result of these attacks, five civilians were killed and 12 others were injured.
Today, May 25, Ukrainian defenders and defenders from the group of the Joint Forces repelled 10 enemy attacks, fighting with the occupier continues in two locations.
Over the past day, the military personnel of the Joint Forces Group destroyed four tanks, one unit of special equipment, two artillery systems, one armored personnel carrier and one car.
Air defense units in the sky of the Ukrainian Donbas shot down four unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type.
Recall, the head of the Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai said earlier that the situation in the Luhansk region remains extremely tense. The enemy does not stop constant shelling, the region was left without gas. Ukraine controls only 5% of the Lugansk region.
