Changes to school programs
Some changes were planned even before the war, but the war made its own adjustments, said Serhiy Babak, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation.
Changes will be made to the programs of some subjects in Ukrainian schools in connection with the war. This was announced during a briefing on Wednesday, May 25, by the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation, Serhiy Babak.
Babak said that some changes were planned before the war, but the war made its own adjustments.
“Therefore, the course of Russian literature, foreign literature, and history will be revised in some way. The programs will definitely change: we cannot but respond with the school curriculum to what is happening,” the head of the committee noted.
Recall that the invaders are implanting in Ukrainian educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories teaching according to the “standards of the Russian Federation.”
