Permanent representatives of the EU member states at the headquarters of the European Union approved on Thursday the sixth package of sanctions against Russia in connection with its invasion of Ukraine, which provides for a partial embargo on Russian oil.
According to a Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty correspondent, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was not included in the final version of the sanctions list.
