Privat24 will carry out routine maintenance
On Friday, Privat24 mobile banking failed. Some users have problems making payments.
PrivatBank will carry out ongoing maintenance work in Privat24. Services will not work on the night of Sunday, June 12, informs press service of the State Bank on Friday, June 10.
“During the work on June 12 from 0:00 to 5:00 in the morning, the Privat24 application and web version will be unavailable,” the message says.
It is indicated that routine maintenance in Privat24 is necessary for the safe and high-quality operation of services. They will be held at night when most clients are not transacting.
Also RBC-Ukraine informs that today there was a failure in the work of Privat24 mobile banking. Some users have problems making payments.
“Some clients have a situational problem due to the peak load of payments. Within an hour, it will completely normalize,” Oleg Serga, spokesman for the bank, explained.
Note that on Friday, when making payments in the Privat24 application, customers encountered a problem, they were shown a message that “the server is not responding.”
Recall that in April, PrivatBank announced that the emergency situation with communication channels had been overcome. Then clients could face delays in the work of the services of the financial institution.
