Sapper robot TALON
The sapper robot is able to take a load weighing up to 45 kilograms and pull up to 680 kilograms of cargo.
The British company QinetiQ will hand over ten TALON sapper robots to Ukraine for demining Ukrainian territories. Facebook Oleksiy Beloshitsky, First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine.
According to him, TALON is able not only to detect mines, but also to neutralize them. Prior to the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine had more than 12 of these robots.
Beloshitsky added that the sapper robot is capable of taking a load weighing up to 45 kilograms and pulling up to 680 kilograms of cargo.
“In the basic version, the length is 86.4 cm, the height is 42.7 cm, the maximum weight is from 52 to 71 kg. The power plant allows you to reach speeds of up to 8.3 km / h and work without recharging from 2.8 to 4.5 hours , and in standby mode up to 7 days,” he said.
