Podolyak reacted to Garibashvili’s words
Mikhail Podolyak reminded Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili that values are more important than profit.
Ukraine did not join the queue for death from Russian missiles and pays a terrible price for the European choice. About this on Tuesday, June 14, wrote in Twitter adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak in response to the words of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, who believes that his country deserved to be the first to receive the status of a candidate for the EU, and only then Ukraine.
“No one enters the queue to be killed by Russian missiles, Irakli Garibashvili. Ukraine pays a terrible price for choosing to be a European democracy,” he wrote.
Podolyak added that the EU also pays a big price to protect Western civilization, and values are more important than benefits.
“And what is more important for you? The number of the queue for candidacy?” – added the adviser to the head of the OP.
The day before, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a government meeting that Georgia deserves the status of an EU candidate first of all, and only then Ukraine and Moldova. According to him, the assignment of the status should not be “determined by war” and the Georgian people have already deserved it.
Recall that Georgia and Moldova applied for EU membership on March 3, following Ukraine.
