One of the biggest Brazilian events dedicated to the theme of Agroecology starts this Wednesday (22), in Curitiba. The 19th Agroecology Journey will bring together more than 20 free cultural attractions, a fair, typical food and more than 40 workshops and seminars.
Among the confirmed presences, then, the singer and songwriter from Pernambuco Otto and A Banda Mais Bonita da Cidade, with concerts on Saturday night (25), and a conference with philosopher Leonardo Boff. THE schedule continues until sundayat the Rebouças Campus of the Federal University of Paraná, next to Shopping Estação.
The cultural agenda will also feature the band Matula Roots; Rúbia Divino, Forró de Maravilha; Nhe’ē Porã – Guarani Choir from the Tekoa Takuaty Village; Fandango Caiçara with Grupo Mandicuera; Troupe dxs Encantadxs, Jaquelivre and Beduíno, El Merekumbé group, Moda de Viola with Osvaldo Rios and Rogério Gulin, Baquetá Group and much more.
Healthy and fresh foods, straight from the hands of those who produce, handicrafts, baked goods and a variety of items will make up the Agroecology Journey Fair, over the five days. The color and quality of the production come from agrarian reform settlements and encampments, indigenous peoples, traditional communities and solidarity economy collectives. The estimate is to bring together about 60 marketers, coming from all regions of Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais.
