Three months ago, the Ukrainian representative office of the STELLANTIS concern, which represents the brands PEUGEOT, CITROËN, OPEL, launched a program of free service of cars belonging to state and municipal institutions.
And we are ready to share statistics on repair work and details of requests for services.
Service centers of the PEUGEOT, CITROËN, OPEL brands are open in regions where there is no active hostilities to ensure the serviceability of cars belonging to state and municipal institutions of our country, which work for the safety of citizens. Currently, the services are provided with an uninterrupted supply of spare parts in new quantities, as well as qualified staff.
As of March 1, 2022, more than 500 vehicles have applied to the PEUGEOT, CITROËN and OPEL brands for scheduled maintenance and repair work of varying complexity. 33 dealerships located in 17 regions of the country take part in the program. All repair work is carried out at the expense of Peugeot Citroen Ukraine LLC. Since the program began, repair work has been carried out at a total cost of more than 5 million hryvnias, and each of these hryvnias has been spent to ensure the smooth running of state and municipal institutions.
The program applies to all state-owned and municipal vehicles. These cars for the service life pass 2-3 times more than the usual motorist, and need special attention to service. During the program, 276 medical vehicles applied to the services of the PEUGEOT, CITROËN and OPEL brands, which is 55% of the total number of applications. And we are convinced that the technical “health” of these cars has helped save the human health, and possibly the lives, of many Ukrainians. Also, 85 cars of the national police, 64 cars of public utilities and 76 cars of other state services applied for service and repairs.
Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro most often applied for service repairs – 52% of all appeals. Also active work was carried out in hot spots – Nikolaev, Kramatorsk and Kherson – 23 cars received “help” in these regions. In turn, this program made it possible to analyze typical malfunctions of cars, determine the average age of cars and mileage record holders. So, the most expensive repair was received by CITROEN Jumper – about 200 thousand hryvnias for renewable repair of a body. At the same time, no significant number of malfunctions of any large and complex components of the car: engine, transmission, electrical system. And this despite the fact that the most “old” cars – PEUGEOT Boxer and OPEL Zafira crossed the mark at 17 years old, and the record holder in mileage PEUGEOT Boxer had an odometer of 450 thousand km!
For your safety, the PEUGEOT, CITROËN, OPEL brands will continue to serve cars of critical structures! We are convinced that mobility is a decisive factor in the speed of response, and good transport is the best monument. Find out about the nearest working dealer by calling the 0-800-500-104 hotline.
