“For the first time from the territory of Belarus, the enemy used Tu-22M3 long-range bombers against Ukraine. He also resumed the use of operational-tactical systems Iskander from this country. Sea-based Caliber cruise missiles were mainly aimed at targets in Western Ukraine,” the report says.
Other missiles were used in the northern and southern direction.
“In the northern direction, from the Tu-22M3 aircraft, the enemy used X-22 missiles, as well as ground-based missiles at operational-tactical complexes – Iskander and Tochka-U. In the southern direction, the Russian Armed Forces used ONIKS missiles of the Bastion operational-tactical complex,” reports command.
Recall that on the night and morning of Saturday, June 25, Ukraine was subjected to massive rocket fire. It was reported that about 40 rockets were fired at the territory of Ukraine overnight.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian army had concentrated up to three battalion tactical groups near the border with the Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
