The National Security and Defense Council clarified the new rules
The city council for the duration of the war banned the sale and launch of fireworks, as well as moving around the city in cars without a silencer.
In Kyiv, the police can withdraw a vehicle to a special site if it does not have a noise absorber as a result of the re-equipment, reports the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council
CPI refuted the opinion that the use of such a car can only get off with a fine.
They recalled that the Kyiv City Council banned the movement of vehicles in the capital, “the design of which has a direct-flow exhaust system and other exhaust systems where there is no noise absorber, until the martial law regime is lifted throughout Ukraine.”
“If there is a conversion that violates section 31 of the traffic rules, such a vehicle may be seized by the police to a special site,” the CPI stressed.
Recall that on June 23, the City Council banned the sale and launch of fireworks for the duration of the war, as well as moving around the city in cars without a silencer.
