Regional and Kyiv city military administrations must ensure the organization of the beginning of the academic year, depending on the situation in each individual administrative-territorial unit.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted resolution about the beginning of the academic year during the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine.

“Set the duration of the 2022/23 academic year from September 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023,” the document says.

Regional and Kyiv city military administrations must ensure the organization of the beginning of the academic year, depending on the situation in each individual administrative-territorial unit.

Recall, the Prime Minister said that the academic year will begin on September 1 in full-time mode. He noted that it is impossible to return to full-time education in the front-line and occupied territories, so the online format will continue there.

Earlier it was reported that teachers whose schools will officially approve face-to-face teaching from September 1 will have to return to work offline, including coming from abroad.
