The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that simplifies and speeds up the registration of IDPs and the receipt of social benefits.
On Friday, July 1, the Ukrainian authorities adopted legislative acts that simplify and speed up some procedures for internally displaced persons. About it reported Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk.
Thus, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 7310, aimed at simplifying and speeding up the issuance of birth and death certificates to IDPs.
In turn, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that simplifies and speeds up the registration of IDPs and the receipt of social benefits.
“However, these and many other legislative changes would not have been possible without our public organizations,” the minister noted.
As of June 29, more than 5.5 million out of 11.7 million IDPs have returned to their homes since the start of the Russian invasion.
