Under the procedural leadership of the Novobavar District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on July 3 at 4 am, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the Novobavarsky district of Kharkov. An enemy missile hit the territory of a private house, the owner, a 54-year-old woman, was injured. In addition, a nearby school building was damaged.
The funnel is six meters deep and 10 meters wide.
The inspection of the scene was carried out by the prosecutors of the Novobavar District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkov together with the officers of the police department No. 1 KhRUP No. 3 of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region. In the future, the materials of the criminal proceedings will be transferred under jurisdiction to the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region.
