Four vessels have already passed through the grain corridor
The day before, three ships with grain left the Ukrainian ports at once. Today they arrive in Istanbul, where they will be tested.
In Stumbul on Saturday, August 6, the ship Navistar arrived under the flag of Panama – this is the first dry cargo ship from the caravan, which left Ukraine the day before, the newspaper reports. Hurriyat.
“As part of the grain agreement, the Panamanian-flagged Navistar vessel, which left the Odessa port yesterday, reached the shores of Istanbul. The parties from the UN, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey will carry out an inspection and, based on its results, the ship will continue on its way,” the message says.
The ship with Ukrainian grain will head to England.
In the next few hours, Roje vessels under the flag of Malta with 13,000 tons of corn and Polarnet under the flag of Turkey with 12 tons of corn are expected to arrive in Istanbul.
Recall that on July 22, an agreement was signed in Istanbul on the launch of a “grain corridor” from Ukraine. It started on August 1st. The first grain ship for Lebanon was checked in Istanbul on August 3rd.
