This Friday (27), the Federal Police (PF) began another phase of the operation, called Lesa-Pátria, which seeks to investigate those involved in the coup acts in Brasília, on January 8.
According to information from the portal G1, one of the targets is wanted in the state of Rio de Janeiro, in the city of Macaé, in the north of Fluminense. The name was not disclosed.
In total, PF agents went out to serve 11 preventive arrest warrants and 27 search and seizure warrants in five states and the Federal District.

Still according to the PF, the investigated facts “constitute, in theory, the crimes of” violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law; coup d’etat; criminal association; incitement to crime; destruction and deterioration or destruction of specially protected property.
“The facts investigated constitute, in theory, the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law, coup d’état, qualified damage, criminal association, incitement to crime, destruction and deterioration or destruction of specially protected property”, said the PF in a note. . “The investigations are still ongoing and the operation Lesa Pátria becomes permanent, with periodic updates on the number of court orders issued, people captured and fugitives.”
The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Flavio Dino (PSB), commented on the operation this Friday (27) on his Twitter profile.
Today, the Federal Police are carrying out 11 preventive arrest warrants and 27 search and seizure warrants against coup plotters and terrorists. The authority of the law is greater than the extremists.

Last Friday (20), the PF launched the 1st phase of Operation Lesa Pátria. Six people were arrested suspected of financing or participating in the events of the 8th of January.
