In the Transcarpathian region, the border guards of the Vilok department stopped three men at the border in Hungary who were trying to illegally cross the border outside the checkpoints. This was reported by the State Border Service on Saturday, January 28.
“The detainees are citizens of Ukraine liable for military service. One of the men tried to pretend to be a woman, however, in the end he confessed to deception. The men tried to illegally leave the country in order to avoid mobilization,” the report says.
Protocols were drawn up against the detainees on an administrative offense under the article on illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine (Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), protocols were drawn up, the cases were sent to court.
Now the men are waiting for a meeting with employees of the territorial acquisition center.
