Two men and a woman died in Konstantinovka
A pre-trial investigation is underway in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war.
The number of wounded as a result of a missile attack by Russian aggressors on the city of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region has increased from two to six. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General on Saturday, January 28.
“As a result of the attack by the occupying forces, two men and a woman were killed. Six citizens were injured of varying severity. They are currently taken to the hospital, where they are provided with qualified assistance,” the report says.
The exact number of victims is still being established. Residential high-rise buildings, a motel were damaged. Garages and cars were also destroyed.
Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation is carried out in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Recall, for the day on January 27, the Russians killed four residents of the Donetsk region. Seven more people were injured.
It was also reported that yesterday during the shelling of the city of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk region, two people were killed and five were injured. About a dozen houses, premises and buildings of institutions and public service, cars were damaged.
