The OVA reported that a Russian S-300 missile hit a residential building in the Kievsky district of Kharkov. A big fire started.
Russian invaders on the evening of Sunday, January 29, attacked Kharkov and the region. This was announced by the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“Attention! Residents of Kharkov and the region, the invaders strike,” wrote Sinegubov.
He urged local residents to stay in shelters. Air raid continues in Kharkiv region.
Sinegubov later added that the S-300 missile hit a residential building in the city center.
“An enemy missile hit a residential building in the city center. Kyiv district. Preliminarily with an S-300 missile. All emergency services are working on the spot. Information about the victims and damage is being specified,” Sinegubov said.
In turn, the mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, said that a fire had started on the spot.
“A hit in a residential building. There is a fire in the building. Severe damage,” Terekhov wrote.
He also added that according to information requiring confirmation, there are victims.
Recall that during the attack on January 14, one of the five Kh-22 missiles launched by Russia hit a nine-story building in the Dnieper, destroying an entire entrance. In total, 46 people were killed as a result of the missile attack on the Dnieper. Another 81 civilians were injured.
