In Nikolaev, from now on, street lighting will be partially turned on, which will work from 17:00 to 23:00 at night. The mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich reported about it in Telegram.
“From today in Nikolaev, we partially turn on street lighting,” Senkevich wrote.
Lighting will work from 17:00 to 23:00 in night mode, that is, not all lights will be on. But at least it will be more convenient for residents of the city to get home from work.
The mayor also clarified that only networks where LED lamps are installed will be turned on. In the meantime, public utilities will gradually update street lighting and install energy-saving lamps so that they can expand the list of streets where lights will be on in the evening.
We will remind, earlier Nikolaev received 280 generators from Great Britain. They will be installed in hospitals and critical infrastructure facilities.
