Fighter F-16
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced his readiness to transfer F-16 aircraft to Ukraine.
Poland is ready to provide Ukraine with its F-16 aircraft, but this is possible only in coordination with NATO. This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a press conference on January 30, according to WNP.PL.
“As it was a few months ago in the context of MiGs, any other air force will be implemented and, possibly, transferred in coordination with NATO countries. Here we will act in full coordination,” the prime minister said.
The Office of the President has already responded to Morawiecki’s statement. According to Andriy Yermak, the head of the OP, work on obtaining F-16 fighters continues.
“We have positive signals from Poland, which is ready to send them to us in coordination with NATO,” Yermak said.
Recall that the British authorities could transfer aircraft to the Ukrainian military after the expulsion of Russian troops from the occupied territories.
It was also reported that Paris does not exclude the supply of fighter jets to Kyiv, however, on the condition that this does not provoke an escalation of the war, and also does not harm the security of Europe and, in particular, France itself.
