The Ukrainian military could completely destroy the reconnaissance company of the Russian aggressors, which participated in the assault on the city of Vuhledar. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Monday, January 30.
According to the military, within a few days the enemy suffered heavy losses near Ugledar.
“In particular, according to intelligence, information is circulating among the Russian military about the complete destruction by Ukrainian soldiers of the forces and means of a separate reconnaissance company attached to the 155th separate brigade of the Russian marines, which participated in the assault on the city of Ugledar, Donetsk region,” the report says.
The General Staff recalled that in November last year, the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation already “got it in the teeth” near Pavlovka, Donetsk region, which is located next to Vuhledar.
It is known that a reconnaissance company usually consists of 50-80 soldiers.
Recall that on January 29, about 500 Russian invaders were killed. The total losses of the occupying army exceeded 126 thousand people.
Earlier, the network showed how the marines defeated the assault column of the invaders near Vodiane in the Donetsk region.
