An outstanding Ukrainian cultural figure died on Sunday evening. The cause of death was cardiac arrest.
Singer Tina Karol reacted to the death of the famous Ukrainian poet Dmitry Pavlychko.
The artist in Instagram-stories published a post in which she thanked the author of the song Two colors for allowing him to perform his composition. She also added that it was an honor for her to sing the legendary hit.
“It was an honor to sing this song with your permission. Eternal memory. This song unites Ukrainians from the first chord, and this is our anthem,” said Tina Karol.
The artist also released a video where she sings Two Colors, however, she somewhat modified the words, singing: “Blakitne is love, but Zhovte is life.”
