Energy workers have a lot of work to do
Now most consumers are disconnected in Odessa, Vinnitsa and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
About 30% of consumers in Ukraine were left without electricity on Tuesday morning due to hourly and emergency shutdowns. This was announced by the Ministry of Energy on January 31.
“As of 09:00, due to the use of hourly / emergency shutdown schedules, the number of de-energized consumers amounted to 5.3 million, or 30% of their total number,” the report says.
It is indicated that the situation with the energy supply of consumers has not practically changed compared to the previous day, the expected deficit of electric power for the evening maximum consumption is about 25%.
According to the Ministry of Energy, a difficult situation regarding the provision of electricity remains in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson regions. Due to the shortage of electricity, most consumers are disconnected in Odessa, Vinnitsa and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
Earlier, Ukrenergo said that electricity consumption in Ukraine is growing against the backdrop of a cold snap. There is a serious shortage in the energy system.
Recall that the energy system of Ukraine has already survived 13 enemy missile attacks and 15 UAV strikes on energy facilities. As a result of the last attack of the Russian aggressors on January 26, several high-voltage network facilities were significantly damaged.
