The consequences of Russian shelling in the Donetsk region
In total, since the beginning of the war, 1,339 civilians have become victims of enemy attacks in the region and more than 2,900 have been injured.
Over the past day, four people became victims of Russian shelling in the Donetsk region, and six more were injured. This was announced on February 1 by the head of the regional military administration, Pavel Kirilenko.
“During January 31, the Russians killed four civilians in the Donetsk region: two in Bakhmut, one in Paraskoveevka and one in Vugledar. Six more people were injured,” he specified.
In total, since the beginning of the military invasion of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk region, 1,339 civilians have died and 2,939 have been injured. These figures do not include Mariupol and Volnovakha, where it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of victims.
