Detained President of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslaev
The suspect Vyacheslav Boguslaev paid “taxes” to the terrorist organization for 290 million Russian rubles.
Counterintelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) have exposed new facts of the criminal activities of Motor Sich JSC President Vyacheslav Boguslayev, who is suspected of working for the occupying country. This was reported by the SBU press center in its Telegram channel on Wednesday, February 1.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he financed the terrorist organization “DPR” by paying “taxes” and “fees” to the budget of this quasi-entity.
According to the SBU, Boguslaev cooperated with a Ukrainian company that has been under the control of the so-called “DPR” since 2014. In particular, he was engaged in the supply of aircraft components for the military-industrial complex of Russia.
After this deal, the “budget” of the terrorist organization “DPR” received over 290 million Russian rubles in the form of “taxes” from the sale of aviation products for the needs of the Russians.
The heads of the occupation “administration” of the ORDO directed the proceeds to the needs of the military groups of the Russian Federation, which participated in the hostilities against the Defense Forces on the eastern front.
Based on this evidence, investigators from the Main Investigation Department of the SBU informed the head of the industrial giant about a new suspicion under the article Facilitating the activities of a terrorist organization (258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
During the new searches, law enforcement officers found more than two dozen medals, certificates and honorary awards to the president of the JSC Motor Sich from representatives of the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation.
Recall, at the request of the SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Shevchenkovsky District Court chose a measure of restraint for Vyacheslav Boguslaev in the form of detention.
Earlier, the SBU published audio recordings of telephone conversations of the president of Motor Sich, confirming his cooperation with the enemy.
