When returning again at the border, diia.pl must be presented. Failure to comply with the conditions threatens the loss of refugee status and social benefits.
Poland has changed the rules for re-entry for refugees from Ukraine, which provide for the need to provide an electronic document diia.pl. This was reported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland on Facebook.
It is noted that in order not to lose refugee status in Poland, Ukrainians must return to the country no later than 30 days from the date of departure. When returning again at the border, diia.pl must be presented.
At the same time, it is necessary to show an electronic document even if a Ukrainian travels to Poland for work or for other purposes, but at the same time he will enjoy protection.
Failure to comply with the conditions threatens the loss of refugee status and social benefits.
Recall that temporary housing for Ukrainian refugees was prepared in Poland
As reported, more than nine million Ukrainians have crossed the Ukrainian-Polish border since February 24, 2022, but 7.5 million Ukrainians have already left Poland.
