It is reported that the topic of communication between diplomats was the creation of a special tribunal for Russia and the tenth package of sanctions of the European Union.
“I had a conversation with a friend about ways to strengthen the future 10th package of EU sanctions against Russia and about our common next steps to create a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine,” the diplomat said.
Kuleba added that the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation should be held accountable.
