UAV “raid” reported in Bryansk region
All drones were shot down by air defense systems, the governor of the region claims.
The governor of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bogomaz, said that on the night of February 9, the region was subjected to two attacks by drones. He announced this on Telegram.
According to the official, “Ukrainian nationalists” attacked the territory of the Starodubsky municipal district with nine UAVs.
“As a result of the operation of the air defense system, all nine of the nine attacking aircraft were shot down,” Bogomaz said.
Later, he reported on the reflection of “another attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” over the Bryansk region.
“In the Bryansk region, fragments of a UAV fell on a house under construction. Operational services have taken all the necessary measures to eliminate the consequences,” the governor added.
Earlier it was reported that the Sevsky district of the Bryansk region was attacked by a drone, two Russian soldiers were injured.
