Russian troops have launched Tu-95 strategic bombers that can carry cruise missiles. There is a big threat of a missile strike, said the head of the Kyiv city military administration, Sergei Popko, on the morning of February 10.
It should be noted that at 8.45 an air raid alert was announced in all regions of Ukraine. Given the level of threat, the head of the KGVA urged not to ignore her signals.
“Because of the threat of a missile attack in Kyiv, Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk regions, emergency blackouts are being applied,” DTEK stressed.
The heads of the Odessa and Nikolaev Regional Military Districts Maxim Marchenko and Vitaly Kim reported on missile launches.

He recalled that at night the enemy launched a group of Shahed UAVs across the territory of Ukraine, and then attacked with missiles.
“The main purpose of the loitering ammunition was reconnaissance of the location of the Ukrainian air defense forces and the destruction of energy facilities. After Shahed, the Russians fired dozens of missiles at Kharkov, Zaporozhye and the Dnieper. Unfortunately, there were hits,” Popko specified.
Earlier it was reported that at night the enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones and missiles, hitting the energy infrastructure facility was recorded.
In addition, the Russian army inflicted 17 strikes on Zaporozhye, and also fired on Kharkov.
