Today, February 16, Polish President Andrzej Duda arrived in London, where he met with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to discuss security issues and support for Ukraine. This was reported by the Polish news agency PolskaAgencjaPrasowa.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sunak said that he would discuss with President Duda what else could be done for Ukraine to win the war.
The President of Poland thanked Sunak for his unconditional support for Ukraine and the deployment of the British SkySabre air defense system on Polish territory.
“We want more NATO equipment on the eastern flank. Our security needs to be strengthened not because we have to defend ourselves, but so that we have a serious deterrent,” Duda said.
