Law enforcement officers reported suspicion of non-declaration of property to the People’s Deputy of the Royal
The amount of undeclared real estate objects is over UAH 4.315 million, which exceeds 500 living wages.
Law enforcers informed the People’s Deputy of the V, VI and VIII, IX convocations about the suspicion of deliberately entering false information into the electronic declaration. This was reported on February 17 by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP).

It is noted that the people’s deputy in the declaration for 2020 did not indicate two land plots in the Obukhov district with a total area of 0.829 hectares and a value of more than UAH 2.5 million, as well as a residential building and a land plot located in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation worth almost UAH 1.8 million .
In general, the amount of undeclared real estate objects is more than UAH 4.315 million, which exceeds 500 subsistence levels.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that since the location of the people’s deputy was not established, she was informed of the suspicion in accordance with Art. 135, Art. 278 Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine.
Recall, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is looking for the Deputy Chairman of the Sumy Regional Council Vadim Viktorovich Lysy on suspicion of non-declaration.
Earlier it was reported that NABU detectives found MP Mykhailo Volynets, wanted in the case of entering false information into the e-declaration for 2020 for almost 1.79 million hryvnias.
