The enemy has significant losses near Ugledar
The refusal is connected with the failure of the offensive and significant losses in the manpower of the Russian detachment, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Cases of refusal of Russian military personnel from military operations on the territory of Ukraine have become more frequent. An illustrative example is given in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Thursday, February 23.
“Due to the failure of the offensive and significant losses in manpower near Vuhledar, the personnel of the volunteer so-called Cossack detachment, subordinate to the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet, refuses to further participate in offensive operations,” the report says.
Earlier, British intelligence reported that the Russian Federation was advancing with heavy losses in three areas.
