The Ukrainian army has been fighting back the enemy for 370 days
During the day, 11 Iranian strike UAVs were destroyed, as well as strikes were made on the areas where the invaders were concentrated.
The troops of the Russian Federation are concentrating their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Shakhtyorsky directions. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed more than 60 enemy attacks, the General Staff reported in the morning report on February 28.
On the Volyn, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the formation of offensive groupings of the enemy was not detected.
In the Kupyansky and Limansky directions, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of Makeevka, Ploshchanka, Kremennaya, Dibrova and Belogorovka of the Luhansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, the Defense Forces repulsed the attacks of the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Vasyukovka, Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, Berkhovka, Yagodnoye and Bakhmut of the Donetsk region.
On the Avdeevka and Shakhtyorsk directions, the enemy continues to attack the positions of the Ukrainian troops, made several unsuccessful attacks in the direction of Kamenka, Krasnogorovka and Marinka in the Donetsk region.
In all these directions, as well as in Zaporozhye and Kherson, the Russian army fired at peaceful settlements from various types of weapons. In total, over the past day, the enemy launched eight missile and 32 air strikes, and also carried out 85 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems.
“The threat of further missile strikes is significant throughout Ukraine,” the General Staff stressed.
During the day on February 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 11 Iranian strike UAVs of the Shahed-136 and one is like Hall.
Ukrainian aviation inflicted four strikes on the areas of concentration of the invaders, and units of missile forces and artillery hit one command post, two areas of concentration of enemy manpower and two positions of air defense.
Recall, as of February 27, the Russian Federation lost 148,690 soldiers in Ukraine.
