Fire at an oil depot in the Krasnodar Territory
Authorities in the city of Tuapse say there is “no cause for concern.” According to Telegram channels, the object was attacked by drones with explosives.
On neftebase Rosneft in Tuapse (Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation) on the night of February 28, a fire broke out. According to the Telegram channel Baza, the object was attacked by drones.
It is noted that explosions in the territory of the oil storage facility thundered on Tuesday at about two in the morning.
“According to preliminary data, two drones filled with explosives damaged the building of the boiler room next to the oil storage in Tuapse. The canteen’s heat supply system was damaged. After the explosion, two craters 1.5 meters deep remained,” writes Baza.
After the attack of drones, a fire broke out at the oil depot. According to the city administration, they managed to extinguish it within an hour, the fire did not affect the oil tanks, there were no victims.
Earlier it was reported that three drones fell in Russian Belgorod, their fragments were found on the streets of the city.
