“On Monday evening, food was resumed in Odessa and the Odessa region. Now Odessa is healed according to temporary schemes, but until the end of the week we will work to improve reliability, so there may be slight restrictions,” the message says.
The situation in the frontline areas also remains difficult. In the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, as a result of the shelling, there are damage to the networks of oblenergos and de-energization of settlements. There are ongoing renovations.
In general, electricity consumption in Ukraine is at the level of a normal working day. There is no shortage of power in the power system and is not predicted yet. There are no network restrictions.
Now all types of power plants operate in the power system. Because of the flood, hydroelectric power plants are actively working. Electricity imports are insignificant.
At all power facilities that were previously damaged by Russian missile and drone attacks, repairs are underway to fully restore their functionality and improve the reliability of electricity transmission.
Recall that on the morning of February 27 in Odessa there was an emergency power outage. Trams and trolleybuses stopped in the city. There were problems with the water supply.
A few hours later, power engineers were able to heal critical infrastructure in three districts of Odessa and the Odessa region.
