Friendship with Russia

“If China and Russia work together, the world will have a driving force. The more unstable the world becomes, the more important it is for China and Russia to steadily develop their relationship,” Gan told Al Jazeera.
He added that there are “close contacts” between the leadership of the two countries, and the relationship between the “heads of state” forms the basis of relations.
“Strategic partnership … will undoubtedly gain momentum,” the minister added.
At the same time, according to him, the interaction of the two countries is not aimed at any third party and “is not a threat to any country.”
